I appreciate what Mr. Profenno is doing for our kids, and I know he is a great teacher, but simple gestures can go a long way.

What do you appreciate most about the teacher’s approach to teaching and engaging with your child?

What I appreciate most about Mr. Profenno is his ability to keep students busy in class by making it fun.

What improvements, if any, would you suggest to enhance your child’s learning experience in this class?

I feel Mr Profenno can improve by helping students who are struggling to learn a new language. Not all students can pick up a new language quickly. My child loves math and logical thinking, but Spanish is a bit difficult for him, and he feels a bit out of place in class.

Is there anything specific about the teacher’s approach that has made a positive and/or negative impact on your child’s development or academic progress?

There was no real negative impact on my child's development or academic progress, but I feel teachers should reassure students that it is okay to not be good at everything.
