I am truly grateful for the support and guidance I have received. Mr. Haggith has played a key role in my professional growth, not only by providing valuable leadership opportunities within the school but also by mentoring me through challenges and encouraging me to take on greater responsibilities. His trust and guidance directly helped me secure an Assistant Principal position at a tier-one international school, which has been a major step forward in my career. His leadership has had a lasting impact on my development as both an educator and a leader.

The one thing I appreciate most about Mr. Haggith as head of school is his ability to bring people together to accomplish meaningful goals. He creates an environment where collaboration is encouraged and ensures that every voice has the opportunity to be heard, which strengthens the overall decision-making process. His trust in others has given me opportunities to take on leadership roles within Yoyogi in different capacities, helping me grow both as an individual and as a leader. By empowering others and fostering teamwork, he has built a culture of shared responsibility and professional growth that has had a lasting impact on the school community.

One of the biggest contributions Mr. Haggith has provided for the school was securing approval for a CIS visit, which marked an important step in strengthening the school’s credibility and standards. Furthermore, he has consistently held teachers to higher expectations, which has led to a clearer and more effective learning environment for everyone. In addition, he has introduced valuable professional development opportunities that have supported teachers in improving their practice and continuing their own growth. These efforts combined have elevated both the teaching quality and the overall school experience for students.
