What do you appreciate most about the leadership’s approach to supporting teachers and fostering a positive school environment?
Imagine walking into a school that you thought that was organized and well maintained; however, Christopher comes in and makes into a business structured school without the proper materials to provide proper lessons. Basically, save money as much as possible. So basically, there is no support for us from him or the leadership members.
What improvements, if any, would you suggest to enhance the support or effectiveness of school leadership?
We are a school not a business, please leave the education industry if you cannot that!
Can you share an example of how leadership has positively and/or negatively impacted your teaching experience or your students’ success?
Like I said before, he treats place as a business not a school.
