Comments
This school has potential but is hindered by ineffective leadership and an absence of genuine IB understanding. The current structure discourages collaboration, innovation, and open dialogue. Unless significant changes are made to leadership practices, teacher support systems, and communication, the cycle of low morale and high turnover will likely continue.

What do you appreciate most about the school’s approach to supporting your child’s learning and development?
While some members of the pedagogical team demonstrate genuine effort and commitment to their roles, those efforts often feel overshadowed by inconsistent or unclear direction from senior leadership. There are a few dedicated educators who genuinely care about student learning and support their colleagues, but the lack of overall guidance limits their ability to create lasting positive change.
What improvements, if any, would you suggest to make the school experience better for students and parents?
The school needs to prioritize professional growth and leadership accountability. Establishing structured systems for feedback, mentorship, and professional development would be a strong start. Leadership should also increase transparency in communication and hiring, ensure fair treatment, and focus on building trust between administration and teachers. Providing proper resources and consistent behavioral support would greatly reduce teacher stress and turnover.
Can you share an example of how the school has positively and/or negatively impacted your child’s academic or personal growth?
The lack of pedagogical direction and weak administrative support often made it difficult to implement meaningful learning experiences. For example, behavior issues were frequently left unaddressed, forcing teachers to manage disruptions without clear policies or consequences. Students, while generally respectful and eager to learn, were affected by an environment focused more on grades than on genuine learning. This culture created unnecessary pressure and limited opportunities for creativity and inquiry-based instruction.
