I really appreciate Bear Valley for how community-based it is. Teachers and leadership are always helpful, and I am always learning new concepts and strategies from other teachers.
What areas of improvement do you think the school should focus on to better support its teachers?
We do need to work on having more resources for EVERY grade level.
Can you share an example of how the school has positively and/or negatively impacted your teaching or the learning experience of your students?
One thing that has positively impacted my teaching experience here is seeing the students grow over the years I have been here, and the new knowledge they gain from their new teacher each year.
