Ms. Ryfiak has been one of the few teachers who truly made a difference for my daughter. Her patience, positivity, and ability to make students feel valued has had a lasting impact. I appreciate how she takes the time to understand her students and motivates them in a supportive way. We are genuinely grateful for the influence she has had on my daughter’s confidence and overall school experience.

I appreciate how supportive and encouraging Ms. Ryfiak has been with my daughter. She made her feel included, capable, and confident in a subject she used to feel nervous about. Ms. Ryfiak takes time to connect with her students, treats them with genuine kindness, and creates an environment where they feel safe to try, participate, and grow. Her positive attitude and patience have helped my daughter enjoy P.E. again and feel proud of herself. The impact she made on her confidence and well-being is something I truly value.
What improvements, if any, would you suggest to enhance your child’s learning experience in this class?
At this time, I don’t have any major suggestions. My daughter felt supported and encouraged in this class, and the teacher’s approach worked very well for her. Continued communication about upcoming units or activities would be helpful, but overall the experience was very positive.
Is there anything specific about the teacher’s approach that has made a positive and/or negative impact on your child’s development or academic progress?
Yes. Ms. Ryfiak helped my daughter build confidence in herself by encouraging her to try her best without feeling judged. She consistently gave her positive feedback and created an environment where she felt safe participating. This support helped my daughter become more active, more willing to engage, and more confident in her abilities both inside and outside of P.E.
