As an individual, Ms. Handa is nice and is very helpful when it comes to getting things done in Japanese or arranging things for us; however, this is the as far as it goes.

What areas of growth do you believe this staff member could focus on to improve their support of teachers and the school?

The one thing that is very noticeable about Ms. Handa is that she always agrees with Ms. Shaney Crawford with almost everything, which can make our life a bit difficult. Sometimes, just telling us because Crawford told you does not help.
