As an insider who has watched this administration operate behind closed doors, I am issuing a final warning to anyone considering putting their children or their career into this institution. This is not an elite center of learning, it is a hyper-aggressive corporate factory that exploits staff, compromises student safety, and cuts every possible corner to maximize profit. Here is the raw truth that leadership is desperately trying to hide: A Dangerous, Overpacked Environment: Classrooms are crammed to maximum capacity like cattle cars. The overcrowding has reached a point where it is a blatant, active safety hazard to everyone inside the building. Fake Teachers & Cheap Labor: Rather than investing in the high-quality, credentialed international educators your children deserve, management systematically hires cheap, uncredentialed conversation workers off casual job boards like GaijinPot to save a dollar. A Toxic, Exploitative Admin Culture: The leadership treats professionals like line items on a spreadsheet. Real, licensed educators are underpaid, buried in corporate bureaucracy, and run ragged, sparking severe union disputes and a toxic revolving door of staff. Shortcuts Over Education: Every administrative decision is dictated by greed. They will happily sabotage the integrity of curriculums like the IB program if it means they can slash the budget. THE BOTTOM LINE: If you are a parent, your child is nothing but a tuition check to them. If you are a certified teacher, your career and mental health will be systematically destroyed here. Do not walk away from this place...run.

I appreciate that I was able to grow my skills as a PYP coordinator. I was dealing with complicated leadership members and a corporate brand that take as many shortcuts to save money.

Hire credentialed teachers for once. Stop posting teaching positions on Gaijinpot. You always get English conversations teachers, which are not real teachers. Start paying the credentialed teacher properly; hence, everyone keeps running away when they find a new position that pays better. You need to stop overcrowding your classes, it is not safe!!!!!!
Can you share an example of how leadership/board member'(s) has positively impacted the school community or contributed to the school’s overall development?
Most of the teachers are miserable here. Admin. is toxic and there has been multiple union issues. Classrooms are overpacked in some schools and teachers are overworked and underpaid.
