I appreciate that Ms. Milunovic provides an academically rigorous environment where students learn new things. However, major improvements are urgently needed regarding her communication style and classroom management. Her approach when talking to parents is excessively aggressive and confrontational, which has caused widespread concern among families. Furthermore, her classroom management skills are severely lacking. Receiving daily, repetitive complaints about minor infractions like my son talking in class is entirely unacceptable and creates unnecessary stress. Rather than managing the classroom effectively, she shifts the burden onto parents for minor behavioral issues that should easily be handled internally. While the academic standard is good, the lack of teacher professionalism and proper behavioral management is causing an entirely toxic and stressful experience for our family.

I appreciate that Ms. Milunovic provides a proper learning environment where the students are always learning something new.
What improvements, if any, would you suggest to enhance your child’s learning experience in this class?
I feel she could work on her communication style with parents, as her approach can sometimes feel a bit overly intense. Additionally, I would appreciate more support with classroom management regarding student behavior. Receiving daily messages complaining about my son's misbehavior feels overwhelming; it would be more helpful to collaborate on positive strategies to manage smaller behavioral challenges.
Is there anything specific about the teacher’s approach that has made a positive and/or negative impact on your child’s development or academic progress?
While the class has good academic rigor, the current approach causes a lot of stress. I feel that smaller issues, like minor talking, could be handled more effectively within the classroom rather than escalating to parents every day.
