I have retired this year. I have seen a lot of changes in this school from the time I came. I just do not appreciate the fact this school has gone down the drain every year that Gerald Redd was the head of school. Many of the leadership members left during his tenured. The high school principal resigned after issues with him, the two assistant principals in elementary school decided to walk out the school year. I would highly avoid working with Gerald Redd and his wife Alondra Redd.
Questionnaire Responses

How accessible and sufficient are the resources provided to support your teaching (e.g., classroom materials, technology, support staff)?
How effective are the professional development opportunities provided by the school in enhancing your teaching skills and career growth?
How positive, inclusive, and supportive is the school environment for both teachers and students?
How well does the school’s leadership team support teachers in implementing their teaching practices and addressing challenges?
How much autonomy does the school allow teachers in designing and delivering their lessons?
Overall, how satisfied are you with your experience at this school?
What do you appreciate most about the school’s approach to supporting teachers and creating a positive work environment?
What I appreciate about this school is that there is a lot of autonomy when it comes to managing my class and doing what I need to do as a teacher.
What areas of improvement do you think the school should focus on to better support its teachers?
Firstly, we need to have support in managing the students' misbehavior. It does not help that Dr. Heather Kholif decided to disappear in the middle of the school year, but I do not blame her. There were a lot of issues with what leadership above were doing. Gerald Redd was the biggest mistake that the school could have done bringing him in.
Can you share an example of how the school has positively and/or negatively impacted your teaching or the learning experience of your students?
The school widely uses the "Wasta" connection affect to get things done. However, this is a middle eastern thing and it is very annoying. This is how students get away with things and no accountability is present. Students misbehavior affects not just teaching but the other students in the class who are trying to be good.
