I hope after you leave the school that you leave the education field. I also hope you stop comparing your staff with other schools because you are not satisfied with certain outcomes.

Overall, how satisfied are you with the leadership and management at your school?
What do you appreciate most about the leadership’s approach to supporting teachers and fostering a positive school environment?
Wow, this is a loaded question because almost every time I asked for any sort of support or clarification about anything.
What improvements, if any, would you suggest to enhance the support or effectiveness of school leadership?
Everything, a lot of us did not appreciate that you always avoided being around students. You were the head of school, and some students did not even know who you were. Sometimes when we spoke to you about how to improve our school you brushed us off.
Can you share an example of how leadership has positively and/or negatively impacted your teaching experience or your students’ success?
Again, one example was when I was trying to ask for resources for a project for my class and you completely turned me away because you and I had a disagreement. We are here for the kids a not for ourselves. Also, some of us did not appreciate you would compare us to ASIJ because you children went there during one of our staff meetings, that was not professional and it left a negative view about who you are and the type of leader you are.
