Overall, I do think Tatiana can be a good teacher, but she has a long way before becoming a good teacher unless she has her whole heart at Tokyo YMCA International School.

What do you appreciate most about the leadership’s approach to supporting teachers and fostering a positive school environment?
Tatiana is always looking for a way out of Tokyo YMCA, I know she applied to a few international schools in Tokyo to get out of the school. I appreciate when she shares those information with us and I try to apply to those same places :).
What improvements, if any, would you suggest to enhance the support or effectiveness of school leadership?
She truly needs to watch how she approaches some students, it can seem very aggressive. Also, I feel like there is a lot of gaslighting when speaking with her. Sometimes, I feel she is very over her head in the position and she needs to take her time to think before making a decision or how to approach academics. I mean she had 12 years at Tokyo YMCA, umm not the biggest nor top school in Tokyo to say you know a lot about teaching.
Can you share an example of how leadership has positively and/or negatively impacted your teaching experience or your students’ success?
I think you need to make a decision in either staying at our school or leave. Some of us can tell you don't have your full hear in it.
