Woodley needs to understand how to maintain his professionalism when is under a lot of stress. Also, he needs to understand that by aggressively speaking loudly at the students that they "...should know the materials" does not help them. Woodley needs to understand that students do get stressed and that they do have feelings. It is our responsibility to make sure that our learning environment is safe for all students.

Woodley is a passionate teacher that cares about students' success in math, but can be hard the student at the same time. I appreciate that he was very helpful and resourceful when I first came to the school and he is welling to help teachers out when they ask.
In what areas do you think this teacher could improve their collaboration or communication with colleagues?
Woodley needs to work on his stress management skills. He tends to bully other colleagues or single out individuals by publicly shamming them. Woodley needs to work on his mannerism and how he speaks with other colleagues. Furthermore, if there is an issue that he is having during a meeting; for example, various colleagues speaking with each other, it is not okay to single out one individual because you can't control the meeting.
Can you share an example of how this teacher has positively and/or negatively impacted your work or contributed to a collaborative effort at school?
Positive: Passionate in math and resourceful. Negative: Needs to work on his professionalism with his colleagues and students.
