The one thing I appreciate most about Ms. Cammick is her ability to keep students focused and performing at a high level. However, this is largely because of her strong and direct communication, which commands respect and authority to her, pushing students to do their best.

What improvements, if any, would you suggest to enhance your child’s learning experience in this class?

One improvement I would suggest is for Ms. Cammick to balance her strong communication style with a bit more encouragement and warmth. While her firmness helps students stay focused, adding more positive reinforcement could make the classroom feel less intimidating and more motivating for students.

Is there anything specific about the teacher’s approach that has made a positive and/or negative impact on your child’s development or academic progress?

Ms. Cammick’s strong and direct communication has had a clear impact on my child’s academic progress. On the positive side, it has helped my child stay disciplined and focused on their work. At the same time, the intensity of her approach can sometimes make my child feel nervous, which affects their confidence. Overall, it has pushed my child to work harder, but a softer balance could make the experience more encouraging.
