Dr. Musumeci is one of the best reading coaches I have ever worked with. She has led excellent professional development sessions that interconnected all subjects, helping many of us recognize the importance of literacy across the curriculum. Her sessions provided strategies that could be implemented not only in core subjects but even in areas like P.E., making literacy a true school-wide focus.

Can you share an example of how this staff member has positively impacted your work or contributed to the success of the school?

She is always willing to sit down with teachers and discuss practical ways to improve students’ literacy skills. Her approach makes literacy enjoyable for students while also helping them make measurable progress. For me personally, her guidance has made it easier to embed literacy strategies into my own lessons, leading to greater student engagement and improvement.
