Many teachers continue to show professionalism and dedication despite everything happening. Their love for students is evident even under stressful conditions. They still make an effort to provide stability and learning when leadership decisions have created uncertainty.

What improvements, if any, would you suggest to make the school experience better for students and parents?

The district needs to rebuild trust by reinstating fair communication with educators and the community. Transparency is key. Policies should focus less on politics and more on student outcomes and teacher support. Parents should feel that their voices, and teachers’ voices, matter equally.

Can you share an example of how the school has positively and/or negatively impacted your child’s academic or personal growth?

My child’s teacher has gone above and beyond to explain what’s happening in age-appropriate ways and ensure that learning continues. Even without full resources, she provides extra attention and reassures students who are anxious about what they see around them.
