One of the things that I did not appreciate from Aubrey was the fact he left everything and decided to not do his work. 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝘂𝗯𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗵𝗶𝗺. Furthermore, when issues arose about violent students in multiple classes, he decided to his unquilified Associate Pricnipal Carole Saunders try to handle all these situation but when she couldn't fix the problem they both blamed the teachers. For example, one student stabbed thier teacher with scissor and both of them blamed it on the teacher that they should have built a stronger relationship with the student. During another teacher’s paternity leave, 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗯𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸 (𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗲, 𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼 𝗼𝗻). This negligence placed students at serious risk and showed a clear lack of leadership and accountability.

To be honest Aubrey didn't help anyone grow during his tenured at Yoyogi International School. He was usually in his office and never came out of it. He had the attitude of always being the smartest man in the room and no one else knew what they were doing.
What improvements, if any, would you suggest to this leader to strengthen their impact or effectiveness?
Understand that you're not always right and that you need to trust your team. You need to be less of an entitled brat and support your teachers.
Can you share an example of how this leader has positively or negatively impacted the school, school’s team, and/or students?
Moral during the school year was bad, especially the fact when he promised to work on building the middle school then deciding that he would not return the following year, which he announced in October. He literally mentioned that he was going to be working on consulting.
Any additional comments and/or advice?
